Julia Koval Wins Blue Dove Award
Julia Koval is an artist in Ukraine known for creating mandalas in her own artistic style. The Ukraine-Russia war started when Julia was working on her newest mandala, and it was important for her to spread the message of peace during this difficult time.

A mandala represents spirituality among different cultures, and the message of peace and love is evident in her version. She worked on her mandala for a year and a half, and it illustrates the positivity that Julia Koval brings to the table even when her own country is struggling to maintain its autonomy. Her mandala evokes emotions of freedom, unity, and peace which Julia advocates, not only for Ukraine but for all countries facing persecution and war.
The founder of The Blue Dove Award, Shivpreet Singh Kapoor remarked that "Julia is a wonderful artist, and we are honored to give the Blue Dove award to her and her beautiful art and message!"

The Blue Dove Award is presented to those who create works of art that represent global issues such as ending world hunger and promoting world peace.
